CapRelay reserves the right to adjust pricing or Service features at its sole discretion. CapRelay does not offer refunds for any unused time on subscriptions; all purchases are final. Use of the Service is at your sole risk, and the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no guarantees regarding performance, availability, or compatibility with your needs. CapRelay may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds which may be net of processing fees. Any such refunds are entirely at CapRelay's discretion.
All fees charged by CapRelay are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying any such taxes, levies, or duties associated with your use of the Service, excluding only U.S. (federal or state) taxes based solely on CapRelay's income. The design, layout, look, and feel of CapRelay, as well as all content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service, are the exclusive property of CapRelay or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service or its content without express written permission from CapRelay.

CapRelay uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, and storage for our Service.
